The Walnut Kitchen Butcher
Here at the Walnut Kitchen, we pride ourselves on offering local beef and pork sourced from Southern Natural Farms. This livestock, raised exclusively on local family farms, is raised free of any antibiotics or hormones. These animals are handled with great care and processed at Southern Natural Farms’ own facilities, so that you know that our product is truly farm to fork.
After arriving at the Walnut Kitchen, our pork and Black Angus beef is broken down by Ashley Gaylor, the in-house butcher. By breaking down whole animals in-house, we are able to offer our customers high quality, competitively priced products, as well as both dry-aged and special orders. Whether you need a party platter of house-made charcuterie or a unique cut you can’t get anywhere else, the WK Butcher is happy to accommodate your needs.
Our hours of operation are 10:00-6:30, Tuesday through Saturday. Due to the nature of our local product, our menu and prices may vary daily to reflect seasonal availability. A full list of our standard offerings can be found below. Please call for pricing, as well as any special requests.
